The Nomads are part of the Connecticut National Guard’s 1-169th Aviation Regiment, operating CH-47 Chinooks—heavy-lift helicopters built for critical missions. Their legacy runs deep, from transporting troops in Afghanistan to dropping water over Berlin, CT to fight brushfires—something that hadn’t been done in nearly 30 years.
To honor that history, designed, printed, and hand-delivered a set of custom hoodies and t-shirts that reflect who they are: clean, grounded, and mission-ready. No fluff. Just strong, unified design for a crew that lives up to their call sign—the Nomads.
